  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our processing center.

  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
